Refund & Returns Policy

There are two ways to return an order: your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (UK & EU consumers) and our own 90-day money-back guarantee, which applies on top of the legal right and never replaces it.

1. Statutory right of withdrawal — 14 days (UK & EU)

• You may cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
• To exercise it, tell us before the deadline by emailing info@earendil-commerce.com (you can use the model form at the end of this page, but you don't have to).
• We refund everything you paid, including the Standard outbound shipping (if you chose Express, we refund up to the cost of Standard), within 14 days of receiving the goods back or proof of return, to the original payment method.
• You pay the cost of returning the goods. Send the set back in its original packaging where possible; you are liable only for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect the product.
• Exception: made-to-order items personalised to your specification (for example, custom engraving, if offered) are exempt from the right of withdrawal. Standard catalogue sets are always returnable.

2. Our 90-day money-back guarantee

Beyond the legal 14 days, you can return your set for a full refund of the product price within 90 days of delivery. The process:

1. Email info@earendil-commerce.com with your order number — we reply within 1 business day with a return authorisation and the return address.
2. Ship the set back (return shipping paid by you, tracked service recommended).
3. Once received, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Damaged, defective or lost orders

If your order arrives damaged, has missing or defective pieces, or never arrives: contact us with photos (where applicable) and we will send a free replacement or a full refund — at no cost to you. This is in addition to your legal guarantee of conformity (UK Consumer Rights Act 2015; EU Directive 2019/771, minimum 2 years).

4. Before opening a bank dispute

If anything is wrong with your order, please contact info@earendil-commerce.com first — we respond within 1 business day and resolve almost every case with a replacement or refund faster than a chargeback would. Nothing in this section limits your right to dispute a charge with your bank.
