Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, the following EU countries: Portugal, Spain, France, Germany and Italy, and the United States.

3. Dispatch time

Every set is hand-made in monthly batches in our atelier in Portugal. Orders are dispatched within 5–9 working days. Dispatch time is in addition to the delivery times above.

4. Tracking

As soon as your order ships you receive an email with the tracking number and a link to follow the parcel door to door.

5. Import taxes, duties and customs fees

Our prices do not include import taxes. Import VAT, duties and customs fees, where applicable, are the customer's responsibility and may be collected by the carrier upon delivery. Whether such charges apply depends on your country's import rules and thresholds. If a parcel is returned to us because import charges were refused, we refund the product price minus the return costs charged by the carrier.

6. Late, lost or damaged parcels

  • If tracking hasn't moved for 5 business days or the estimated delivery window has passed, email info@earendil-commerce.com — we chase the carrier for you.
  • Parcels confirmed lost by the carrier: free replacement or full refund, your choice.
  • Arrived damaged? Send us photos of the box and pieces within a few days of delivery and we send replacement pieces or a full replacement set free of charge — see the Refund & Returns Policy.

7. Address errors

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible — we can update the address any time before dispatch.
